Because Every Lamp Is Made Just for You

Each lamp is handmade to order, one at a time. Small variations in color, bubbles, or pattern between your lamp and the photos are normal, that's part of what makes it one of a kind, not a defect.

My Guarantee

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact me within 30 days of delivery at felixcraft.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. I will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund if the problem is due to our error.

Change of Mind

Because every lamp is custom-made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started. Thank you for understanding, this is part of what keeps every piece truly handmade rather than mass-produced.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins. After this window, your lamp has already gone into production and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized lamps are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Replacement or Refund Request

Email felixcraft.shop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video if you have one. I read and answer every message myself.
