Shipping policy

I want you to know exactly what to expect once you place an order.

Made-to-Order Timeline

Every lamp is poured and finished by hand after you order, I don't keep warehouse stock. Please allow about 2 – 3 weeks total from order to delivery:

• Production: 7 – 10 business days, then
• Shipping: shipped internationally from my production studio to your door

Free Worldwide Shipping

I offer free worldwide shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track order" link in the menu.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. I'm not able to cover or predict these charges, so please check your local customs rules if you're unsure.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email me at felixcraft.shop@gmail.com with your order number and I'll look into it with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, I can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
